We are a group of women dedicated to the education and promotion of Republican ideas and ideals. Our organization is a member of the Florida and National Federation of Republican women...over 125, 000 strong.

We strive to insure the most qualified and ethical individuals are elected to public office by:

Our Story

In 1950 the Melbourne Republican Women club was formed, and joined the Republican Federation after Florida Federation of Republican Women was formed in the same year.

The club name was changed to Platinum Coast Republican Women Federated since this coast was known as the Platinum Coast. The first president was Pat Tolley.

After this coast was changed to Space Coast, the club was to rename to Melbourne Area Federated Republican Women in 2003, then was renamed Brevard Federated Republican Women in 2012 because its members come from all over the Brevard County. The immediate past President is Jill Gentis who served from 2020 to 2024 following President Beth Young and President Barbara Davis.

The current President is Xiaoqi Wang, who is severing 2025 -2027 term.
